One Night at Anjar(Gujarat)

Life teaches you so many things that you never know.
My trip to Gujarat made me learn so many things that i could even think of.
It all started when i had go for primary research that was needed to be done to complete the data gaps...My mind was completely blank but it was fun.The whole travel right from travelling from train,to bus to trax & various modes of transport in Gujarat.
But the most important thing i learnt was when i was returning back to Mumbai. That night made me understand how life treats people in various ways.
1st person i met was not so old but a person who was fighting to prove himself. Even though he did not earn purchase but he had the eagerness to do that. Life may have treated him badly but he never gave up. He was happy with what he was doing. He married thrice but was never happy with the 1st 2 wives but was really happy when he met the right person. Even though he could not run away with the person he loved but now he truly found the person who could implement and take care of him. Just to earn some money he travelled 400km every weekend & then use to sell & from that he used to earn. It is so difficult when you think about this. Here is a person who has do all by himself but we have everything in life but we still dont value it but he did. He valued what he earned but we never do that. We have become so selfish that we dont want to help others. That is what i learnt from him - his dedication towards his work , family & himself.
2nd person i met was a typical frustrated person from his job. He was working in a good multinational firm but always had to travel for various projects. After 10 years of working he wanted to have a peaceful life where he wanted only to be at one place & be with his family. At initial stage when he started his work he wanted more money but now he wanted his family. He was not able to balance both these things. Aren't we failing in all these aspects nowadays. The pressure is so much that you don't do what you love. Why is it so? Why has money taken the centrestage now? Does it mean that if you become mature then you should stop behaving differently. Why has the child in every human being gets lost when we get old? I know earning money is good but still we can maintain a balance between both. Its upto us to decide to give time for urself whatever happens.
3rd & the final person i met was a government employee who was working with FCI from last 30 years but he did not bother about anything. Typical 9 to 5 employee who goes to the office but doesnt give his 100%. Why does this attitude comes in our life that we have to see the watch every now & then? Why do we take such jobs when we are not satisfied it? Its really bad...Do what you love. At some places we might need to compromise that is still fine but never give below your 100%. Its are commitment towards work which can make a difference to ourself as well are life...
Lets start thinking about all these things..
